Account deletion

Delete your CalmTask account.

You can permanently delete your account and associated CalmTask cloud data from inside the app or request help by email.

Available directly in the app

CalmTask includes an authenticated deletion flow. You do not need to contact support before deleting your account.

Account deletion is permanent. Download or keep anything you need before completing the process.

Delete your account in CalmTask

  1. Sign in to the CalmTask account you want to delete.
  2. Open the menu in the upper-right corner of the app.
  3. Select Profile.
  4. Scroll to Delete account and select Delete CalmTask account.
  5. Review the warning and select Continue.
  6. Confirm your identity with your password, Google, or Apple, depending on the sign-in method associated with your account.
  7. Select Delete account to finish.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, email selenesol.life@gmail.com from the address associated with your CalmTask account and write "CalmTask account deletion" in the subject line.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password, authentication code, or payment details by email.

Data deleted with your account

The deletion process is designed to remove:

  • Your CalmTask sign-in account and profile.
  • Tasks, task groups, schedules, checklists, reminders, and related synchronization records.
  • Private notes, note tags, and note content.
  • Diary entries and uploaded diary images.
  • Stamps and uploaded stamp images.
  • Focus sessions and associated CalmTask statistics.
  • External integration credentials and CalmTask connection metadata.
  • CalmTask membership entitlement records.

Data not deleted automatically

Deleting CalmTask does not delete events or pages stored by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Notion. Manage that content in the relevant provider.

Deleting your account also does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in your Apple or Google account settings.

Delete individual content

You can delete individual tasks, notes, diary entries, stamps, and other supported content inside CalmTask without deleting your account. You may also email us to request deletion of specific personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may ask which data you want removed.

Limited retention

Limited security, diagnostic, legal, or backup records may remain for a restricted period where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, or complete routine backup deletion. These records are not retained for advertising.
