Your plans are personal. We treat them that way.

This Privacy Policy applies to the CalmTask mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). CalmTask ("CalmTask," "we," "us," or "our") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. Some features are optional and process information only when you choose to use them or grant the relevant permission.

Depending on how you use CalmTask, we may process:

• Account information such as email address, display name, profile image, sign-in provider, and account identifier.
• Website waitlist information, including the email address you submit, the platform waitlist you join, and whether you volunteer for Android closed testing.
• Content you create, including tasks, groups, schedules, checklists, links, reminders, private notes, diary entries, uploaded images, stamps, Pomodoro focus sessions, and related statistics.
• Settings and preferences, including language, notifications, selected calendars, integration settings, and membership settings.
• Technical and diagnostic information, such as app version, device and operating system type, crash reports, performance information, push notification tokens, and limited usage analytics.
• Subscription status and entitlement information provided through RevenueCat. Payment details are processed by the applicable app store and are not stored directly by CalmTask.
• Calendar or Notion information you explicitly authorize CalmTask to access, including event or page identifiers, titles, dates, times, completion status, and task details needed for the synchronization you select.

We receive information:

• Directly from you when you create content or an account.
• From your device when CalmTask stores data locally, schedules a notification, or receives diagnostics.
• From an identity provider when you use Google or Apple sign-in.
• From Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Notion only after you connect that provider and approve access.
• From Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat when you start, restore, renew, or cancel a subscription.

CalmTask uses an offline-first design. App content is first saved in a local database on your device so supported features can continue to work without a network connection.

If you use CalmTask as a guest, your content remains associated with the local guest profile on that device. When you sign in, eligible guest content may be copied to your account and queued for cloud synchronization. Signed-in data may be synchronized through Firebase and cached locally on each device you use.

Local data may be removed if you uninstall CalmTask, clear its app data, or reset your device. Removing one local copy does not necessarily delete an account's cloud copy or copies stored on another device.

Integrations are optional and begin only after you choose a provider and grant permission. CalmTask keeps identifiers, synchronization cursors, status information, and other metadata needed to make synchronization reliable and avoid duplicate records.

• Google Calendar: If connected, CalmTask may read, create, update, and delete authorized calendar events to provide two-way synchronization.
• Apple Calendar: Apple Calendar access is import-only. CalmTask may read events from calendars you select, but does not create, edit, or delete Apple Calendar events.
• Notion: If connected, CalmTask may read, create, update, and archive authorized Notion pages or database entries to provide the synchronization you request.

You may disconnect an integration at any time. Disconnecting stops future access but does not silently delete content already stored in CalmTask or your external provider. You can also revoke CalmTask's access in the provider's account settings.

CalmTask uses Firebase for authentication, cloud data, file storage, messaging, analytics, and crash reporting. RevenueCat supports subscription entitlement management. Apple and Google process app purchases. Google, Apple, and Notion services are involved only when their sign-in or integration features are used. Cloudflare supports delivery and hosting of this website.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process it in countries other than your own. We share only the information reasonably needed for the service they provide.

We do not sell your personal information, use your private content for advertising, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information:

• To service providers that process it on our behalf to operate CalmTask.
• When you direct us to connect an external service or share information with it.
• When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of CalmTask, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.

CalmTask may request access to notifications, photos or files, calendars, or provider accounts when required by a feature you choose. You can decline or later change device permissions in your operating system settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.

Task reminders and Pomodoro completion alerts use local or push notifications. You can disable notifications in CalmTask or your device settings.

We retain personal information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Diagnostic, security, and backup records may remain for a limited period after deletion where reasonably necessary.

Waitlist information is retained while CalmTask prepares its Apple or Android launch or closed testing program, or until you ask us to remove it. Android closed-test preference can be changed by submitting the same email again or by contacting us.

You can delete your CalmTask account from the account settings in the app. Account deletion is designed to remove your account and associated cloud content, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention. You may also contact us at selenesol.life@gmail.com.

Deleting your CalmTask account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled in the applicable store account settings. Account deletion also does not delete events or pages held by Google, Apple, or Notion.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You may also:

• Update account and app settings inside CalmTask.
• Disconnect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Notion.
• Revoke provider access in the provider's settings.
• Disable notifications or other device permissions.
• Delete your account through the app.
• Ask us to remove your email from the Apple or Android waitlist, or from the Android closed tester export.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including authenticated access controls and user-isolated cloud storage. OAuth refresh tokens and integration credentials are handled through secured backend systems rather than being embedded in the app.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. CalmTask and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.
